Moderated courses start on a specific date. The courses usually start on a Monday and are available to the students for 8 weeks. People who wish to study a subject on other dates can take the self-study courses at any time. If you take them accredited, you will be able to receive your certificate and/or diploma.

Yes, you can view the material 24 hours per day, it is on demand, you are able to enjoy it at any time you want. The corresponding material for the week is published every Monday. When you study on an accredited course, you will have to submit the assignments on the specified dates.

Yes, you can choose the courses that interest you, although to enter the second year you will have to have finished the first (on moderated mode or in self-study mode).

NO. Video and audio files of the classes can only be heard and seen on the virtual platform, when you have internet connection. They cannot be downloaded to your computer. Some materials can be downloaded, such as Keynotes slides (PowerPoints) and manuals.

The Live Session with the teachers and students is once during each course, normally in the afternoon or evening. This live session lasts approximately 1 hour. We also have another live session with all the students and the university principals.

When the student has completed all the courses of the 1st. year, they will receive a certificate and when they finish the 2nd. year they will receive a diploma, and a diploma from extra-curricular subjects they have taken. Certificates and diplomas will be awarded at the annual graduation from the university.

All you need is a computer, tablet or phone and an internet connection. As an accredited student, it would be best to have a computer to do your assignments. Although you can also do it on your tablet or phone.

You can start at any time and take as many courses as you want. You can also take self-study and moderated courses at the same time.

As a student of self-study courses, you have access to the course for 8+ weeks.

To study accredited you have to register under the self-study course where you specify that you are accredited. Once you finish the course, you will hand over your assignments to your moderator for grading. The maximum time for delivery of the tasks is 2 months from when you registered to the course as accredited.

The advantage of taking a self-study course is that you can take any subject at any time, you don't have to wait for the university to offer that subject as a moderated course.

The disadvantage of not being in a moderated course is that you do not have the interaction of the community, the other students. You do not have the live session of the class, and will not graduate with a group of students with whom you have been together class after class.

Note: you can take some classes as a regular student and others in self-study.
